The Inspector General of Police, Ibrahim Idris Kpotum has ordered the immediate withdrawal of police officers attached to individuals and private companies across the country. Assistant Commissioner of Police (ACP), Abayomi Shogunle, who is also Head of Police Complaint Rapid Response Unit, revealed this in a statement. He added that all car owners using ‘SPY’ plate number have also been ordered to return the plate numbers to the Force Transport Officer.
