Troops of 174 Battalion,9 Brigade Nigerian army has arrested a man known as Mr pascal Phillip who goes about impersonating soilders and molesting unsuspecting civilians at isawo area of Lagos state
The suspect was arrested while maltreated two people at isawo ikorodu
He was arrested wearing the camouflage tshirt extorting and intimidating law abiding citizens in the environment
