Despite the heavy presence of Mobile Policemen around both Lekki toll gates, organisers of the Occupy Lekki Toll Gates have arrived and are setting up banners and gathering momentum to kick off the protest any moment from now.
Trafffic is light around the Lekki toll gate axis as many motorists are making use of alternate routes and members of the state police command are also on ground.
